While Conchita Wurst is mostly known for singing beautiful ballads, she can also belt out a song that is a lot harder quite superbly, which is just what she did at Landler Kirtag over the weekend. Ray Charles’ ‘Unchain My Heart‘ was the song Conchita chose to rock the audience, and rock them she did.
Especially because, when you hear Conchita Wurst singing something like ‘Unchain My Heart‘, you realize she can hit the high notes better than many others who have sung the song, and hit them and hit them and hit them.
It is also an interesting change from the softer songs she is currently known for, especially when the song was partnered with the teeniest tiniest barely-there leather dress imaginable and a pair of the best legs in show business.
