Pop singer Christopher released the official audio video for ‘Tulips‘, his new single, yesterday and it’s an uptempo, happy, perfect summer track that is sure to get a lot of attention.
If you are not familiar with him yet (and you should be!), Christopher Lund Nissen, otherwise known simply as Christopher, is a Danish singer from Copenhagen.
He first garnered major attention when he released his debut single ‘Against The Odds‘ in late 2011, and it immediately entered the Danish singles charts.
He followed that up with a second single release called ‘Nothing In Common‘, which went straight to the number five spot.

Now his new single ‘Tulips‘ is out and, on just the first couple of listens, I am guessing this one is going to do just as well. It’s catchy, definitely danceable, and Christopher’s Mika-style vocals are fabulous.
As for why he writes his music the way he does, in a past interview, Christopher said most of his music is about “love”, and is often a way of processing feelings or exploring problems he’s having with his girlfriend.
