As I’ve said before, discovering a new romantic or dance song in Spanish makes my day. Enter Enrique Iglesias’ new single ‘Duele El Corazon‘ this week, which now has a lyrics video. A video which, if it was possible to wear one out, I would have done so by now the number of times I’ve listened to it.
And it’s not just the video I’m in danger of wearing out. The wooden floors at my house are looking a bit worn as well, I have danced to the song so much.
‘Duele El Corazon‘ was released as a single on April 19th, and also features Puerto Rican reggaeton singer songwriter Wisin.
As for the song, according to Iglesias, it took him eight months in the studio to come up with the track in its current version. He now calls it a “a fusion between ‘Bailando‘ and ‘El Perdon,”, which definitely explains part of my love of the song, as ‘Bailando‘ is one of my favorites when it comes to Latin music of recent years.
