First Photos of Conchita Wurst at Bjorn Borg’s Fashion Show, Stockholm

Well, the delightful Eurovision Song Contest 2014 winner is definitely in Sweden, as the first photographs of Conchita Wurst at Bjorn Borg’s fashion show in Stockholm attest to.

The Austrian singer was rumored to be involved with Bjorn Borg’s latest fashion event, but nothing had been really confirmed until a few hours ago when I got a tweet from the Bjorn Borg fashion house themselves saying they would be picking her up at her hotel soon.

Now photos are starting to pop up all over the net, with those people who were at the show seeming delighted to have met her. Conchita, by the way, was a front row guest at the show.

First, here is an Instagram photograph from stunning Swedish singer Emilia de Poret, who met Conchita Wurst as soon as the show was over. She certainly looks thrilled to be standing where she is.

The fashion show itself, by the way, took place in a cave on an island in Stockholm. From what I’ve seen so far, you couldn’t ask for a more spectacular location, or a more beautifully designed show.

According to the fashion house, the show was for two purposes. To showcase Bjorn Borg’s stunning sportswear, of course, but also to promote the Björn Borg ”First Person Lover” video game, which is due to be released in January. Have to say, I’m intrigued.

As for more photos from the evening, below too this is from Senior Comissioning Editor at Grazia, Emily Phillips, of Conchita and B. Åkerlund who looks stylish herself, with her arm around the elegant Conchita. (Love the rings B. is wearing).

And doesn’t Conchita herself look beyond chic in that gorgeous Bjorn Borg ensemble?

British magazine Attitude also got a similar shot:

And, of course, the Bjorn Borg fashion house themselves did even better than the photo they almost promised me and, instead, snagged a short Instagram video in Conchita’s own hotel room before the show.

Charming doesn’t even begin to describe her.
