Flume’s ‘Let You Know‘ feat. London Grammar is gorgeous

Aussie DJ and producer Flume has collaborated with British indie pop band London Grammar to create an utterly gorgeous song. Called ‘Let You Know’, it is the first collab between the talented Australian producer and the massively popular band.

Flume explained the new song in a comment on the YouTube music video upload for it, saying:

Hannah (lead vocalist Hannah Reid) and I wrote ‘Let You Know’ last summer. I was on a writing trip to London, it was actually the same trip where I first met slowthai. Had been wanting to make something with Hannah for a long time and this one just came together really naturally in the studio that day!”

The song comes six years after the indie pop band’s first collaboration. That time with the English electronic pop duo Disclosure, and the song ‘Help Me Lose My Mind‘.

That track ended up being the fifth single from the duo’s debut album Settle, which was released in 2013 and charted in several countries.

As for Flume, he has been promising fans they would be getting more consistent releases of new music in 2019. So this one definitely gets him off on the right track.

It’s melodic, catchy and, with the emphasis on Hannah Reid’s vocals, has a beautiful richness to its sound.
