John Karayiannis Releases ‘Diggiloo Diggiley’ and It’s Jazzy and Beautiful (Video)
John Karayiannis, the artist representing Cyprus at Eurovision 2015, sang a version of the Swedish trio Herrey’s 1984 Eurovision winning song ‘Diggiloo Diggiley’ live at the London Eurovision Party a couple of weeks ago. Now he’s released a new version of it in a video. And it’s relaxed, jazzy and beautiful, and the video couldn’t be more cool.
So, I’m showcasing it today as my Countdown to Eurovision 2015 video, as something this awesome deserves some attention. (14 days to Semi Final 1 and 18 days to the Grand Final).
Watch John Karayiannis singing ‘Diggiloo Diggiley’ in the video below. Now hasn’t he turned a really not so great song into something so fabulously chic and cool? And get a load of those golden shoes.
