Korean singer Tei marrying non-celebrity girlfriend in May after years of dating

Tei’s upcoming marriage will be held in Gyeonggi Province in South Korea

Korean singer Tei (aka Kim Ho-kyung or 김호경 in Hangul) is finally getting married, and to a non-celebrity girlfriend he has apparently been dating for a number of years.

Tei’s agency, FunHan Entertainment, announced the 40-year-old singer’s upcoming marriage and private wedding ceremony earlier today with the statement:

“Tei will hold a wedding ceremony with his non-celebrity girlfriend on May 29th at a golf resort in Gyeonggi Province. They will be getting married after dating for a long period of time”.

Tei debuted as a singer in 2004 with his album The First Journey.

Since then, the Korean ballad singer has released five more studio albums and several singles.

Over the last couple of decades, Tei has also acted in supporting or guest roles in several Korean dramas.

They include Aristocrat and Love is Hurt, with his most recent guest role in the popular drama A Business Proposal, which came out last year.

Tei has also appeared as a guest or panelist in a slew of South Korean TV series.

The singer’s most recent singles  — ‘Monologue‘ and ‘Making a New Ending of This Story‘ — were also both released in 2022, and both charted high on Korea’s Circle Digital Chart.

Listen to Tei’s music via Spotify and in his official ‘Monologue‘ video down below, which currently has more than 5 million plays on YouTube alone.

And, of course, congratulations to him and his soon-to-be wife on their upcoming marriage. We hope they have a lifetime of happiness.
