Listen to Alice in Chains’ ‘Them Bones’ from Goosebumps S1 E9 end credits

Although Goosebumps, Season 1, Episode 9 is not getting great reviews due to its dragged out plot that was much too dull in spots, the penultimate episode of the first season of the Hulu/Disney + supernatural did end this week with a banger of a song.

Right after an ending where Bratt reads a spell and the now-resurrected magician Kanduu then turns Ben into a puppet. He then walks out of the house followed by Fifi the dog, and off into the night.

That song was Alice in Chains’ ‘Them Bones‘, which played over the episode’s end credits.

When was Alice in Chains’ ‘Them Bones’ released?

The alternative metal track is one of the American rock band’s older songs, as it came out back in 1992 on Dirt, their sophomore studio album.

The song was the second single from Dirt and had moderate success in the United States, the UK, and Ireland at the time where it hit the Top 30 on various charts.

Fans though loved ‘Them Bones‘ with the result that, even 30-plus years after it came out, it is still one of the rock band’s most recognized songs.

The song also found a new lease on life when it was licensed for use on hit video games like Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Madden NFL 10 and Guitar Hero II.

Listen to Alice in Chains’ ‘Them Bones‘ from the end credits of the penultimate episode of Goosebumps in the video and on the American band’s remastered version of their Dirt album.

The final episode of Season 1 of Goosebumps, which has been overall well-liked by critics and audiences, will air on Hulu and Disney+ next week.
