Listen to Banners ‘Someone To You‘ from new supernatural drama Legacies, it’s addictive
English singer songwriter Banners‘ incredibly catchy song ‘Someone To You‘ was featured on the soundtrack of the new episode of The CW series Legacies this week — Season 1, Episode 5, “Malivore” (November 29th, 2018).
It was played during the final montage as Landon and Hope kiss, Rafe sees Lizzie crying in the gym, and as Landon looks at the photograph of he and his mother.
The Banners’ ‘Someone To You‘ is from his 2017 five-track EP Empires on Fire, which was released on the Island record label.
It is the second time the song has appeared on a TV show, as Banners himself sang it live on Season 16 of American Idol in a duet with then contestant Ron Bultongez.
The singer songwriter has also had other music featured on TV, including a song on The Royals, his single ‘Start A Riot’ which showed up on Lucifer, and ‘Shine A Light‘ which was featured on the medical drama The Good Doctor.
As for Banners, aka Michael Joseph Nelson, he is an indie musician originally hailing from Liverpool in the United Kingdom. He has been releasing music quite successfully since January, 2016.
You can listen to Banners’ ‘Someone To You‘ from Legacies in his official music video for the track below.
