Billie Eilish and Khalid’s ‘Lovely‘ continues to get massive exposure. This time with Oxygen from the Netherlands dancing to the song during the World of Dance qualifier 2 last night (June 2nd, 2020).
That dance, of course, was one of the highlights of last night’s World of Dance episodes, with even Jennifer Lopez commenting she knows how difficult the dance moves Oxygen managed to pull off are to do.
After all, she tried to get her dancers to do them and they couldn’t.
Billie Eilish and Khalid’s ‘Lovely‘ was released in April, 2018 as the first single from the Netflix drama series 13 Reasons Why and is a song about depression.
The stunningly beautiful track also came with an official music video, with the two singers in a glass case walking around each other meant to signify being completely trapped.
The video itself was enormously popular, earning almost 700 million views on YouTube as of today.
Eilish also performed the song with Khalid live in various concerts on her When We All Fall Asleep tour, much to the delight of fans.
The track itself was also certified quadruple Platinum in both Australia and Canada, and made it high up the charts in another 18 countries.
