The Scottish indie synth-pop band Chvrches’ ‘Forever‘ was featured on the new season of the Spanish drama series Élite this month —Élite, Season 3.
The song was played on a number of episodes throughout the season.
Chvrches ‘Forever‘ is from the Glasgow-based band’s third studio album Love is Dead.
Released in 2018, the album was produced by Grammy award-winning producer Greg Kurstin, with collaboration from the Eurythmics’ Dave Stewart and The National’s frontman Matt Berninger.
The album spawned four singles and made it onto the charts in 15 countries, including the United Kingdom and the United States.
In the U.S., ‘Forever‘ hit the number one spot on both Billboard’s Top Alternative Albums and Top Rock Albums charts.
The hit Spanish teen drama series Élite is currently airing its third season on Netflix to rave reviews from fans, and is likely to be renewed for a fourth.
