Alternative rock band Cold War Kids’ ‘Dirt in My Eyes‘ was one of the tracks played on the new episode of Grey’s Anatomy last night — Grey’s Anatomy, Season 18, Episode 15, “Put It To The Test“.
The song was heard during the opening scenes of the episode.
Cold War Kids’ ‘Dirt in My Eyes‘ is from the band’s seventh studio album New Age Norms 1.
That album came out in November, 2019 via CWKTWO and AWAL and was the first of a trilogy.
The other two in the trilogy — New Age Norms 2 and New Age Norms 3 — were released several months later.
The double single ‘Complainer‘ and ‘4th of July‘ was released from the album, which charted at #23 on the U.S. Hot Rock and Alternative Singles chart.
All three albums were the first Cold War Kids‘ albums to not chart.
