Listen to Foo Fighters’ ‘Home‘ from MacGyver
The Foo Fighters song ‘Home‘ was featured on the latest episode of the CBS re-boot series MacGyver this week — Season 2, Episode 1 “DIY or DIE”.
The song was played at the end of the episode as Navy SEAL Lieutenant Diaz is reunited with his parents, and Matty and Sam watch.
‘Home’ is from Foo Fighters’ sixth studio album Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace released in 2007. An album with an interesting mix of the usual Foo Fighters’ rock and less usual acoustic tracks.
Most of the songs on the album have lyrics that lead singer Dave Grohl wrote about his feelings on the birth of his daughter. The album won a Grammy Award for Best Rock Album.
