Platinum-selling Canadian pop singer Forest Blakk’s ‘Hold on Tight‘ was that lovely song played on Chesapeake Shores last night — Chesapeake Shores, Season 6, Episode 5, “L-O-V-E“.
‘Hold on Tight‘ is from Blakk’s six-track second EP Sideways, which came out in 2020.
The song itself, which features a stunning string section and is made even more beautiful due to Forest Blakk‘s superb vocals, is an almost-begging for the woman he loves to stay with him, even while they are having problems.
After all, if they “hold on tight”, they may just be able to make it through their problems and back to the unbreakable relationship they once had.
Along with its appearance on Chesapeake Shores last night, ‘Hold on Tight‘ gained even more attention after Canadian Olympic pairs team Kirsten Moore-Towers and Michael Marinaro performed their short program to the song. (Watch a similar performance they gave at the Canadian National Skating Championships below)
