Listen to Garrison Starr’s new single ‘Bones‘ as featured on Grey’s Anatomy
Garrison Starr’s gorgeous almost-gospel rock song ‘Bones‘ was featured on the latest episode of Grey’s Anatomy this week — Season 15, Episode 8, “Blowin’ in the Wind“.
The track was played as Maggie tells Jackson about his mother, Meredith accuses Andrew of following her, Owen asks Teddy about the pregnancy and all the elevators stop working as a power line fails.
‘Bones’ is the latest single from Garrison Starr, and was also featured on the OWN series Queen Sugar a couple of months ago. The song was written by Garrison Starr in collaboration with Valerie Broussard, and Rick Seibold.
It is also just one of a slew of Garrison Starr songs featured on major TV series in the last few years. Shows that include Grey’s Anatomy, Pretty Little Liars, Army Wives, Brothers & Sisters and The Fosters.
Garrison Starr herself is a Los Angeles-based indie rock, folk rock singer songwriter that has been creating gorgeous music since her debut album on the Geffen label back in 1997.
Since then, she has released 15 studio albums as a solo artist, with her latest album Lovey Dovey released in 2017.
