Canadian singer, songwriter and music producer Grimes’ ‘Flesh Without Blood‘ was featured on the new episode of the USA Network series ‘Mr. Robot‘ this week — Mr. Robot, Season 4, Episode 3, “403 Forbidden“.
The song was heard as Elliot decides to follow Olivia out of the bar and then kisses her.
Grimes ‘Flesh Without Blood‘ was released as the lead single from the singer’s fourth studio album Art Angels. An album that was critically acclaimed and that earned Grimes the top spot on the U.S. Top Alternative Albums chart.
The album also charted in 10 other countries, including the United Kingdom.
‘Flesh Without Blood’ was talked about by critics as one of Grimes’ more accessible songs.
Grimes herself said she had written the song about a friendship she used to have with a female friend.
Someone she ultimately became disappointed in after formerly admiring her.
