Australian indie dance pop band Haiku Hands’ ‘Not About You‘ was featured on the post-apocalyptic comedy drama series Daybreak this week — Daybreak, Season 1, Episode 5, “Homecoming Redux or My So Called Stunt Double Life“.
The track was played at the mall during the homecoming dance.
Haiku Hands’ incredible dance track ‘Not About You‘ was originally released in 2017 as the band’s debut single. Since then the trio has released three other singles with the latest, Dare You Not To Dance, hitting the airwaves this year.
As for the band, it was founded in 2017 and comprises sisters Claire Nakazawa, Mie Nakazawa as well as third member Beatrice Lewis.
So far, Haiku Hands has performed mainly in Australia. But, if they continue to have superbly danceable songs like ‘Not About You‘ featured on hit TV shows, that is very likely to change.

Daybreak stars Colin Ford, Alyvia Alyn Lind, Sophie Simnett, Austin Crute, Cody Kearsley, Jeanté Godlock, Gregory Kasyan and Matthew Broderick.
