Jai Wolf’s ‘Indian Summer’ was featured on How To Get Away With Murder on Thursday night (November 12th, Season 2, Episode 8 – “Hi, I’m Philip“). You know, in the montage where everyone is having sex?
And I love Jai Wolf’s ‘Indian Summer‘ because it reminds me of Deep Forest, the French musical group that uses ethnic sounds mixed with electronic music to come up with some of the hippest, coolest dance beats around.
But in this case, Jai has mixed the song’s vocals at a higher pitch to come up with that gorgeous funky sound.
As for Jai Wolf, he is a young New York City based music producer and DJ who only got his start in music last year. Since then, his debut single ‘Indian Summer’ has been released on the ODESZA’s Foreign Family Collective label, and he’s done a mini tour around the US.
