Jessica Pratt’s ‘Quiet Signs‘ album cover

The music on Quiet Signs is folk-influenced, but also has a jazz feel to it. Especially in the way Pratt plays the acoustic guitar. It is a lovely work.

Quiet but extremely powerful, mystical and quite mesmerizing in its dreaminess.

As The World Turns‘ was one of two tracks from the singer that appeared on the episode. The other ‘6 Ariette: No. 1, Malinconia, ninfa gentile‘ was heard as we saw Alex and Chip passing each other on the escalators.
