I’m addicted to Kingsbury’s ‘Blurry Now‘
Emerging indie pop singer Kingsbury’s ‘Blurry Now‘ showed up on Chilling Adventures of Sabrina this week — Season 1, Part 2, “Chapter Fourteen: Lupercalia“.
The track was played as Sabrina and Nick glance at each other while discussing the Lupercalia.
Kingsbury’s ‘Blurry Now‘ was released in 2018 on the Little Assembly Limited label, and is one of a handful of songs the Los Angeles-based singer has released so far.
Kingsbury, by the way, is not the Orland0-based psychedelic band that disappeared from the scene a few years ago. Instead, this Kingsbury is the pseudonym of Caroline Kingsbury, a Nashville native who recently relocated to L.A. to concentrate on her music.
If ‘Blurry Now‘, and her music’s appearance on Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, are signs of things to come then I’d say she will go far.
Listen to Kingsbury’s ‘Blurry Now‘ in the audio video below. It’s so catchy.
The quirky official music video for the track, which has a shocking 506 views and has a cute and funny ending, was shot by lead singer Alexis Hamlin-Vogler on her webcam.
Watch that below. And, of course, listen to more of Kingsbury’s gorgeous music on Spotify.
