Lil Nas X’s ‘Am I Dreaming‘ (feat. Miley Cyrus) was played on School Spirits this week — School Spirits, Season 1, Episode 6, “The Twilight End Zone“.
The track was heard during the montage after Claire tells Xavier she didn’t kill Maddie, and ending with Claire on stage being crowned Homecoming Queen.
Lil Nas X’s ‘Am I Dreaming‘ (feat. Miley Cyrus) is the last song from the American pop rap singer’s debut studio album Montero, which came out in late 2021 on the Columbia record label.
While the album had five singles released from it, surprisingly, ‘Am I Dreaming‘ was not one of them.
It wasn’t the only track on the album featuring duets with prominent artists, however, as other songs also featured collabs with Doja Cat, Elton John, Megan Thee Stallion and Jack Harlow.
The album went to #2 on the Billboard 200 chart upon release, as well as #1 on album charts in Australia, Denmark, Lithuania, Ireland, Norway, Sweden and New Zealand.
Montero has since been certified Gold or Platinum in 13 countries.
In the United States, it is currently certified Platinum.
