Lily Allen‘s ‘Somewhere Only We Know‘ was featured on Grey’s Anatomy on Thursday night — Season 13, Episode 9, “You Haven’t Done Nothin”. It was played during the montage that started with the landlord asking for Warren’s forgiveness, and ending with Jo meeting Alex in the elevator.
The track was originally recorded for the John Lewis Christmas advert in 2013 by Lily Allen, and was so successful upon release, her version sold more copies than the original song that was recorded by British band Keane.
