The alternative rock band Mockingbird Killers track ‘Gonna Hit the World with a Double Barrel’ showed up on the latest episode of the Showtime series Shameless last night (January 14, 2018) — Season 8, Episode 10, “Church of Gay Jesus“.
‘Gonna Hit the World with a Double Barrel’ is one of only seven songs released by the band so far. It was released in September, 2017.
And honestly, there is not much information online about Mockingbird Killers at all (which is becoming the norm with quite a few alternative artists, who don’t seem to understand how having basic information about themselves online can really help their career).
In fact, all I could find is that their music has been featured in Mistresses, Switched At Birth, You Me Her and on Shameless in the last couple of years.
So there you have it.
