Nina Simone’s ‘Save Me’ is from the 2006 reissue of her thirteenth studio album Silk & Soul. The track is one of two bonus tracks appearing on the album.

The song was originally written by Aretha Franklin, her sister Carolyn Franklin and King Curtis. It was a track that first appeared on her 1967 album I Never Loved A Man The Way I Loved You.
