Parson James‘ pretty song ‘Waiting Game‘ was featured on ‘Grey’s Anatomy‘ on Thursday night (Season 12, Episode 23 — “At Last“). The track is from James’ debut five-track EP The Temple, which was released in February this year on Sony Music.
As for Parson James, he is a singer songwriter from South Carolina who became quite well known last year when ‘Stole The Show‘, a collaboration with Norwegian record producer Kygo, became a hit all over Europe. So far, he only has the EP on the shelves, but is also working on his debut album due to be released later in the year.
And, while you might not have heard Parson James sing ‘Waiting Game‘ before the song’s appearance on ‘Grey’s Anatomy‘, you could very well have seen Trent Harmon sing the track on the last season of ‘American Idol’ earlier this year.
Now it has shown up on ‘Grey’s Anatomy’, you can also guarantee it’s likely to see another resurgence of popularity, as it really is a gorgeous song.
