I’m loving HBO’s new series ‘Ballers‘, because it’s funny, charming, a good drama, and I could watch Dwayne Johnson in anything. I’m loving it even more because of the superb music featured on it. Music like SG Lewis’ ‘Warm‘, featured on ‘Ballers’ on Sunday night. It was the track played over the end credits as we watched Ricky lying in bed with two women.
As for SG Lewis himself, he might sound American when he sings, but he’s actually from Liverpool in the UK. In fact, he’s a 20-year-old white kid who just sounds like a 40-year-old black guy that’s had more than just a few relationship problems in life. How cool is that?
SG Lewis’ ‘Warm‘ is his debut single, and it’s a fabulous piece of house music. All mellow and, yep, warm. It was released back in February this year and can be picked up on iTunes.
Lewis also has his first EP coming out at the end of this month. You can pre-order that too.
