Sleeping At Last’s ‘Where Does The Good Go‘ was featured on the medical drama series Grey’s Anatomy this week — Grey’s Anatomy, Season 16, Episode 8, “My Shot“. One in a long line of Sleeping At Last songs to appear on the popular show.
The song was heard as we see Bailey and Alex going to bat for Meredith with the Medical Board, and as Tom is operating.
Sleeping At Last’s ‘Where Does The Good Go‘ is a slowed down and more dramatic cover version of the Tegan and Sara song.
The song was originally written by Tegan Quin for the Canadian indie pop duo’s fourth studio album So Jealous back in 2004.
The Tegan and Sara version of the song was played on Grey’s Anatomy Season 1, Episode 4 — so it is quite interesting to hear the song again, but as a different version sung by a different artist.
Sleeping At Last’s ‘Where Does The Good Go‘ will also be part of his upcoming new album of song covers — Covers Vol. 3.
Listen to it below, along with the faster, much more upbeat original version and, of course, keep up-to-date on Grey’s Anatomy goings on at the show’s website.
