Southern California surf rock band Sun Room’s ‘Crashed My Bike‘ was the standout song on the soundtrack of the first episode of the second season of the Netflix teen drama Outer Banks — Outer Banks, Season 2, Episode 1, “The Gold”.
And, to say that Sun Room has only been together as a band since last summer, and has only released a couple of EPs and two singles, they are doing amazingly well already having a song featured on a hit show.
In other words, this new-ish band looks like they have a pretty stellar future ahead of them.
Sun Room, by the way, is based in San Diego, California, and is made up of founder Luke Asgian, Wyatt Flom and brothers Indy and Ashton Minnich.
You can learn more about the band on their official website.
They also have a couple of videos up on their YouTube channel featuring more of their cool, summery, beach-bound sound that are well worth a listen.
Along with the first season, Season 2 of Outer Banks is now streaming on Netflix.
