Listen to Taylor Swift’s ‘Bad Blood’ from DC League of Super-Pets and watch the music video

American superstar singer songwriter Taylor Swift’s ‘Bad Blood‘ was played on the new Warner Bros movie DC League of Super-Pets this week.

Bad Blood‘ is the fourth single from the singer’s fifth studio album 1989, which came out in 2014.

The song was criticized by critics for both its production quality and lyrics, not that that bothered fans in the least.

Instead, ‘Bad Blood‘ went on to hit charts in 26 countries, making it to #1 in New Zealand, Scotland, Australia, Canada and the United States. The song also charted on seven different charts in the United States, hitting #1 on two of them — the Billboard Hot 100, and the Adult Top 40.

The song went on to win a Grammy Award for Best Music Video.

That video begins in a darkened office with Taylor Swift, named Catastrophe in the video, and her partner Arsyn (Selena Gomez) fighting a group of men for a briefcase. When they are eventually able to defeat the men and get the case, Arsyn double crosses Catastrophe and kicks her out of the window where she ends up lying on top of a car.

That is where the song begins.

We are then treated to a cameo cast of high-profile celebrities throughout the rest of the video — Kendrick Lamar, Gigi Hadid, Hailee Steinfeld, Ellie Goulding, Cara Celevigne, Karlie Kloss, Zendaya, Cindy Crawford, Jessica Alba and the like.

Listen to Taylor Swift’s ‘Bad Blood‘ as heard on DC League of Super-Pets in that video, and on Swift’s 1989 album below.

DC League of Super-Pets is currently showing in movie theaters around the world. It’s getting terrible reviews though, so see it at your own risk.
