Listen to Trills ‘Hush’ from Siren — Season 2, Ep. 16, “New World Order”

Trills 'Hush' featured on Siren

London-based four-piece girl group Trills ‘Hush‘ was featured on the season finale of the FreeformĀ  Siren this week — Siren, Season 2, Episode 16, “New World Order“.

The song was played as Sylvia greets Ted, Ben struggles over his decision, and Meredith is given an ultrasound and is shown to be carrying Ryn’s baby.

As for Trills ‘Hush‘, with its intricate harmonies and choral-inspired sound, it adds layer upon layer of gorgeousness to the traditional lullaby ‘Hush Little Baby‘, as the four women make the song their own.

The track is from the band’s 2016 four-track EP Lacuna. An EP whose other three songs are just as beautiful as ‘Hush’.

And it’s not just the Music Supervisor of Siren whose attention ‘Hush’ managed to attract either, as the song was also used this month as the ending song on an episode of Orange is the New Black (Season 7, Episode 5).

In 2017, it also showed up on the WGN America period drama Underground.

You can keep up-to-date with what the band is doing next on the Trills website.

As for Siren, it was already renewed for a Season 3, so don’t worry about that cliffhanger Season 2 just ended on.
