Maestra: Strings of Truth Ep 4 hits all-time high for 3rd consecutive time

The new Korean mystery thriller Maestra: Strings of Truth, Episode 4 aired last night with another all-time ratings high for the tvN drama nationwide.

It is the third consecutive ratings high for the K-drama since it began airing on December 9th.

New data from Nielsen Korea shows Maestra: Strings of Truth, Episode 4 earned 6.01 percent of the audience share nationwide last night, which is up from its previous episode’s rating of 5.40 percent.

The Lee Young Ae-led drama started out its 12-episode run with a rating of 4.19 percent for its first episode, with every new episode afterwards earning higher and higher ratings.

International viewers overwhelmingly positive about Maestra: Strings of Truth

The Korean drama is still being rated high by international viewers, with users of My Drama List rating it an 8.1 out of 10 (high for that site), and netizens at IMDB also rating it an 8.1 out of 10.

Comments on My Drama List are also overwhelmingly positive, ranging from comments about the plot and the actors’ performances:

I love this drama! Action-packed and full of suprises. I’m curious what would we see in upcoming episodes. Cha Seeum is a strong female lead and I can’t take eyes of her. Great acting from the whole cast.

Maestra: Strings of Truth stars Lee Young Ae, Lee Moo Saeng, Kim Young Jae, and Hwang Bo Reum Byeol, and is based on a French drama.

It airs every Saturday and Sunday night on tvN in Korea, with Disney Plus and Hulu airing the drama outside the country.
