American indie electro-pop singer Maggie Rogers keeps releasing the cool videos. This time with her latest music video released yesteday for new single ‘On + Off‘, a track from her upcoming debut EP Now That The Light is Fading.
Of course, the ”On + Off’ video is another low budget affair this time starting out with Rogers wearing a 1970s-style fringed white jumpsuit, and dancing around a photoshoot while backed by a trio of women.
Rogers then moves off onto another set where she gets wrapped in a billowy grey sheet, and ends with a synchronized dance routine with the other three women.
Low budget, yes, and no storyline at all, but really not bad for the money spent.
The video was choreographed by Monica Mirabile of the FLUCT performance group. And it’s a video that has no connection to anything Rogers did in her first two music videos, but it works.
