Paramore’s ‘Caught in the Middle‘ video is trippy and 1980s cool
Indie rock band Paramore released their music video for ‘Caught in the Middle’ today, their fifth single from their latest album, and it is a trippy 1980s themed creation that goes perfectly with Paramore’s new synth pop sound.
Particularly as it features the band dancing on fruit, playing drums on a rubber raft and walking around an ever-changing lunar landscape.
You know, things you do when you’ve done a bit too much pot.
‘Caught in the Middle‘ is from the band’s fifth studio album After Laughter, which was released on the Fueled by Ramen label early last year.
After Laughter was critically raved about when it was released, as well as being a fan favorite — hitting the top 10 in eight countries, including the U.S.
The indie band is also currently involved in creating their own music festival. Called Paramore Art + Friends, it will be held in September in their home town of Nashville, Tennessee, and will feature local music, art, beer and food.
