British singer songwriter Passenger has been releasing covers of other artists’ songs for a few weeks now. Every Sunday night in fact. But this week’s cover song has to be the best he has uploaded to his YouTube channel yet. Because it is Passenger singing a cover of The Smiths’ classic song ‘There Is A Light That Never Goes Out‘. And it is gorgeous.
The video that accompanies Passenger’s ‘There Is A Light That Never Goes Out‘ is equally as beautiful too. Just like his cover song videos are every Sunday night.
This one was filmed in Edinburgh, with Passenger performing the track in a small Scottish pub called The Royal Oak. His performance is interspersed with stunning shots of an Edinburgh amusement park at night.
