American indie rock band Pinegrove released their debut album, Cardinal, in February and, since then, they’ve been busy on the road promoting it.
Today, Pinegrove released a music video for their latest single from the album. Called ‘New Friends‘, it consists of tour footage taken around the U.S., and shows the band setting up for shows, drinking beer, driving, performing and, yep, even bowling.
And isn’t that the coolest thing about music videos nowadays. That a band like Pinegrove can create a low-budget music video from clips of what is essentially a home video road movie, and still have it look just as cool as anything produced in a major studio.
