Poong The Joseon Detective 2 Ep 1 kicks off to strong ratings as Unlock My Boss holds steady

Did you watch the first episode of Poong, The Joseon Psychiatrist‘s highly anticipated Season 2 last night?

If you did, you probably won’t be surprised that the returning Korean drama grabbed decent ratings for its premiere.

According to Nielsen Korea, tvN’s Poong, The Joseon Psychiatrist 2 debuted strong with an average nationwide rating of 3.68 percent for its premiere on Wednesday night, as well as earning a similar 3.56 percent audience share in Seoul.

Meanwhile, the January 11th airing of JTBC’s The Interest of Love garnered an average nationwide viewership rating of 2.4 percent, marking a slight decrease of 0.6 percent from the previous episode’s 3.0 percent.

ENA’s Unlock My Boss finished out the night’s dramas on Wednesday night, holding steady with its penultimate episode, as it maintained an average nationwide viewership rating of 1.41 percent and a higher 1.50 percent in Seoul.

Fingers crossed Unlock My Boss will finish its series tomorrow night with an even higher rating as, overall, it has been a fun drama.
