Rhodes releases official video for ‘Close Your Eyes’ and it’s sad
British singer Rhodes has a new single out. Called ‘Close Your Eyes‘, it’s from his debut album Wishes, and is quite beautiful and quite sad.
The video has Rhodes on a stage playing guitar and singing, interspersed with shots of people frozen in time in emotionally painful situations. It’s typical Rhodes, in that he always seems to go for heart-wrenching images. But that doesn’t make it any less sad.
‘Close Your Eyes’ will appear on Rhodes’ album Wishes along with his last singles ‘Turning Back Around‘ and ‘Breathe‘. Wishes is due to be released on September 4th.
