Squeeze Perform ‘Happy Days’ on Stephen Colbert – First US TV Appearance in 27 Years

The British band Squeeze resurfaced recently after a five-year absence with the release of their first album of new music in 17 years. Called From Cradle to Grave, the album has also given Squeeze, and specifically band members Chris Difford and Glenn Tilbrook, an opportunity to get out and play some superb live music.

Last night Chris Difford and Glenn Tilbrook of Squeeze appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert where they performed their new single from the album — ‘Happy Days‘. And, not only did they rock, this was actually their first United States TV performance in 27 years — so I feel quite privileged to have seen it.
