The First Responders 2 Ep 3 ratings RISE after Ep 2 DROP – heading back to Ep 1 high

The Korean procedural drama The First Responders 2, Episode 3 aired last night to much higher ratings than Episode 2 nationwide.

According to Nielsen Korea, The First Responders 2, Episode 3 ratings were 6.5 percent, which is lower than the 7.1 percent Episode 1 garnered but much higher than Episode 2’s 5.1 percent.

In Seoul, the SBS drama saw a similar ratings rise with Episode 3 earning 6.7 percent of the audience share, which is an increase of 1.3 percent over Episode’s 2’s 5.4 percent rating, and on its way back to the 7.5 percent rating for Episode 1.

Ratings, however, are still lower than the drama’s very popular first season.

International viewers of The First Responders 2

As far as personal reviews, audiences outside South Korea are also rating the action thriller slightly lower than they did for the first season so far.

Users of My Drama List, for instance, are currently rating the second season 8.1 out of 10, which is lower than the 8.6 the first season ended up with by the time it ended.

With nine more episodes of the second season to air, however, there is plenty more time for Season 2’s ratings to catch up.

The First Responders 2 stars Kim Rae Won, Son Ho Jun, and Gong Seung Yeon.

The drama airs on SBS every Friday and Saturday at 22:00 (KST) until September 9th.

Episode 4 will air later on tonight, followed by the episode streaming for some international audiences via Disney Plus soon after.
