Three Bold Siblings, Episode 44 ratings place family drama easily in #1 spot — again

As the Korean drama Three Bold Siblings rapidly heads towards its final episode next month, Three Bold Siblings, Episode 44 certainly didn’t struggle in the ratings department last night.

So much so, even with the episode falling on a Saturday night, the night more people go out then any other evening of the week, the family drama still earned massive audience numbers.

According to Nielsen Korea, the February 25th airing of Three Bold Siblings, Episode 44 earned the KBS2 drama 25.2 percent of the audience share in its time slot in Korea nationwide, and 23.3 percent in Seoul.

That continued its first place run in its time slot in both and, obviously, captured a quarter of the Korean TV watching public’s hearts.

The drama has seven more episodes to go before its Episode 51 planned ending, with many viewers commenting on how much they still love the secondary plots just as much as they are enjoying the main story.

With that kind of sentiment, it is likely Three Bold Siblings will keep its loyal audience right through until the end.

Three Bold Siblings stars Lee Ha Na, Lim Ju Hwan, Lee Tae Sung, Kim Seung Soo, Kim So Eun and Lee You Jin, and has been running every Saturday and Sunday night on KBS2 since its premiere in late September, 2022.

As an avid K-drama fan and someone who, as an entertainment journalist watches more than my fair share, I have to admit I only report on the Three Bold Siblings ratings, as starting a 51 episode drama is a helluva time commitment I just don’t have right now.

With the family-oriented drama being the most-watched series in Korea most weeks, though, it is probably only a matter of time before it sucks me in as well.

Check out the official Three Bold Siblings trailer down below to get a glimpse of why it seems to be so loved. It made me want to watch it.

Three Bold Siblings airs in Korea on KBS2 every Saturday and Sunday at 20:00 (KST).

Outside Korea, the drama is streaming via Viki.
