Tove Lo’s ‘Sweettalk My Heart’ video is artistic, edgy and emotional — yep, she’s done it again!

Whenever Swedish pop singer songwriter Tove Lo releases a new music video, you can guarantee it will be three things — artistic, edgy and emotional.

With Tove Lo’s release of her music video for the single ‘Sweettalk My Heart‘ today, she has done that yet again.

This time with a video of Lo in a dark apartment gyrating around and singing about the person she loves. Someone she is in such a fever about, she is stripping off her clothes as she moves.

Sweettalk My Heart’ was directed by British duo Bradley & Pablo (Little Mix, Rosalia, Frank Ocean), and is a song and a video Lo says completely explains how she feels about love.

“Sweettalk My Heart’ is weirdly my happy love song. In a way I’m asking the person I love to lie to me; promise things we both know we can’t know if we can keep. Because nobody knows the future. But it’s about believing what you’re both feeling in the present – that you’ll love each other forever. It might be naive, but I think that’s good. Being realistic about love makes it impossible to fully feel it.”

It is also a track she performed superbly live on Late Night with Seth Meyers on Wednesday night.

Sweettalk My Heart‘ is from Tove Lo’s fourth studio album Sunshine Kitty, which was released today via Universal.

Along with ‘Glad He’s Gone‘ and ‘Really Don’t Like U’(feat. Kylie Minogue), it is one of the best songs on her excellent new album,
