Singer songwriter Banks was on Late Show with David Letterman yesterday, where she gave a superb performance of her single ‘Begging for Thread‘. The track, of course, is from her debut album Goddess, and it’s so hard to watch her singing here live without thinking, yep, she really is a goddess, as she’s just so mesmerizing.
What was even better about Banks on David Letterman is she did her entire performance in a hexagonal glass box, giving it the illusion of her being inside a giant kaleidoscope.
Even Letterman seemed impressed, calling her performance “Wonderful” and “Beautiful”.
And he liked the hexagonal box so much, he stepped in with Banks after her performance was over, and quietly closed the door.
