Duran Duran has started promotion for their new album Paper Gods in a big way. With a live performance on The Tonight Show of single ‘Pressure Off’ on Tuesday night.
And it was nice to see Simon Le Bon, and the rest of the band, just as fabulous live as they were in the 1980s when the band first hit the big time.
Duran Duran has also just kicked off a US tour, with upcoming dates in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Morrison, Colorado, Reno, Nevada and Berkeley.
After the US, the band will then head back to the UK for concerts in a slew of cities including Manchester, Leeds, Brighton, Cardiff, Glasgow and Liverpool.
As for Paper Gods, it was released on September 11th and is already rapidly becoming a smash hit. If you don’t yet own it, or even if you do, you can listen to the whole album streaming on Deezer. It is well worth your time.
