Watch Katie Melua performing ‘Nine Million Bicycles‘ live in Berlin
British singer songwriter Katie Melua has just released a special edition of her seventh studio album In Winter originally released in 2016, and it includes live performances of songs from a Berlin concert earlier this year.
One of those performances is Melua singing her hit single ‘Nine Million Bicycles‘. Just Katie and her guitar, and backed by the Gori Women’s Choir, a choral group from her homeland of Georgia that is also featured on the album.
The original In Winter featured 10 tracks. The special edition of the album consists of the original album plus an additional 17 live performances of songs from Melua’s Berlin concert.
The In Winter special edition is a lovely album — one of those relaxing, makes you feel good kinds – and it is a great deal too if you are a fan of Katie Melua and love to add to your collection everything she releases, especially considering you get 17 extra songs for only a few dollars/pounds/euros more than you would pay for the original album.
