American rock band Lukas Nelson & Promise Of The Real kicked ass on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert last night with their live performance of ‘Find Yourself‘, one of the tracks from their new album. A track that is a bit more bluesy than what we’re used to hearing from this amazing band, but no less awesome.
And what I especially love about Lukas Nelson nowadays, other than his awesome voice and his amazing guitar playing, is he looks and sounds more like his dad, Willie, as time goes on. He’s just as rocking too.
Something Real was recorded late in 2014, but was released in February this year after the band finished the latest leg of their Rebel Content tour, where they backed the legendary Neil Young.
You can grab the album on most major digital music sites. Meanwhile, watch Lukas Nelson & Promise Of The Real’s live performance of ‘Find Yourself‘ on Stephen Colbert in the video below.
