Miley Cyrus appeared on The Tonight Show on Friday night where she performed a superb cover version of Bob Dylan’s ‘Baby, I’m In The Mood For You‘. Cyrus sang the song accompanied by Jimmy Fallon’s house band, The Roots, who added a bit of funkiness to the song.
It’s not the first time Cyrus has sung with The Roots, of course, as she also performed an awesome performance of ‘We Can’t Stop‘ with the band and Fallon last year.
This latest appearance on The Tonight Show was a little bit of a different slant for Miley Cyrus, however, seeing as it was quite a bit more country than we would normally hear from her.
Although, no surprise that she can do country just like she can sing many other genres of music so well, as she was born and raised in Tennessee, the home of country music, and her dad is famed country singer Billy Ray Cyrus.
Watch Miley Cyrus sing ‘Baby, I’m In The Mood For You‘ with The Roots on Jimmy Fallon in the video below. Love it.
