Well, this is fabulous.
Panda Bear, aka experimental musician Noah Lennox, has released a video for his new track ‘Tropic of Cancer‘ from his album Panda Bear Meets the Grim Reaper (grab it on most major music platforms) and it stars people dressed as garish masked bears and a police dog.
The video was directed by Avey Tare, fellow band member of Animal Collective, with the director of photography being none other than actor Giovanni Ribisi.
‘Tropic of Cancer‘ is typical Panda Bear in that it features layers of rhythm and it sounds (and looks) drug-induced, dreamy and cryptic. But it was the video that first captured my attention and then the music that made me stay.
