British all-woman post-punk band Savages appeared for the first time on Jimmy Kimmel Live! this week, and were fabulously intense and dramatic.
Singing their latest singles ‘Adore‘ and ‘The Answer‘ (both from their upcoming second album Adore Life, which is out today) what I love about this London-based alternative band is, above and beyond their amazing music is, even though they’re clothed in some pretty well-covering clothing, they still manage to make themselves look and, yes, sound incredibly sexual.
It’s the lyrics of their songs, the intensity in which they perform, and the way lead singer Jehnny Beth is so grand and theatrical.
