Watch Spoon’s blue mood music video for ‘I Ain’t The One‘
American rock band Spoon has released the music video for ‘I Ain’t The One‘, the latest single from their new album Hot Thoughts, and it’s the band in a dark and blue mood, and a video that is raw and somber.
The video was directed by London-based artists and filmmakers Iain Forsyth and Jane Pollard (Iain and Jane), and is just the band performing the song while industrial images, escalators and moving sidewalks move next to and around them. Every image is tinged in blue.
‘I Ain’t The One‘ was written by lead singer and guitarist Britt Daniel.
Hot Thoughts is Spoon’s ninth studio album, which was released back in March to positive reviews.
The band themselves are currently on a massive tour promoting the LP, with tour dates all over the U.S. and Europe. You can check out upcoming concerts on the tour on Spoon’s website.
And, of course, watch the band’s cool, blue mood video for ‘I Ain’t The One’ below.
