Stevie Nicks is doing the round of talk shows this week. The Ellen DeGeneres earlier in the week and last night The Late Late Show with James Corden where she sang her classic song ‘Leather and Lace‘.
‘Leather and Lace‘, of course, is from Stevie Nicks’ debut album Bella Donna, which was released way back in 1981. It is also a song she originally recorded as a duet with Don Henley but, nowadays obviously, sings it solo.
No worries there, though, as Nicks singing ‘Leather and Lace’ alone is just as powerful as it ever was. Especially as she has a little bit more of a brittle sound to her voice nowadays, which gives the song even more emotion.
